MakeUp Pilot is specifically intended to retouch photographs. Although the application is certainly not as sophisticated as Photoshop, instead, it is easier to use. Moreover, the program comes with animated demonstrations of each of its features. So, anyone with a little patience can improve photos with decent results. Fortunately, this utility supports multiple image file formats.
With the use of various tools, you can remove skin imperfections, such as wrinkles, spots and birthmarks. Likewise, you can change eye color and even use an eye pencil. To make someone's mouth look better, you can modify the color of the lips and make teeth whiter. The Concealer tool lets you color specific parts of the photo while the Smart Patch allows replacing an area of the image with a patch taken from another part.
To conclude, I don’t think MakeUp Pilot developers had the intention of creating a highly sophisticated photo editing application. Instead, they decided to help those users who find other similar products either too difficult to use or not affordable. Also, it is good to know that there’s a MakeUp Pilot’s plugin you can install for Adobe Photoshop.
